We believe meaningful change is possible at any point in life by cultivating inner strength and balance. Our team provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and alternative treatment options for children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr Rosa E Negron Munoz

Dr. Rosa E. Negrón-Muñoz

MD, DFAPA, DFAACAP

Dr. Negrón-Muñoz is a Board Certified Adult, Child & Adolescent and Forensic Psychiatrist. She is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association (DFAPA) and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (DFAACAP). She is among a small percentage of psychiatrists who have achieved these distinctions. She received her medical degree in 2003 from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Caguas, Puerto Rico. She completed her Psychiatric Residency and Fellowship programs at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center and Montefiore Medical Center. She furthered her training by receiving additional Psychoanalytic training at the New York University Psychoanalytic Institute, as well as being trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at New York Medical College. Her professional experience includes providing psychiatric services and consultation across various levels of care including, but not limited to: private hospitals, community mental health centers, government agencies, jails and prisons, juvenile residential facilities, day treatment programs, schools, lawyers and the court system. Dr. Negrón-Muñoz is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Negrón-Muñoz is also an accomplished researcher and speaker. Her research and publications have focused on factors contributing to juvenile delinquency; PTSD; and most recently school shootings. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Florida Psychiatric Society, and the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law where she is an active member of the Corrections, Child, and Adolescent and Trauma and Stress Committees. She currently is the Chair of the Developmental Disabilities Committee and the Minority/Underrepresented Councilor.

In addition to her professional background, Dr. Negrón-Muñoz is a compassionate, understanding doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their needs, advocating and implementing a holistic approach to their care.

Dr. Abageal Roland-Steinke, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry with over five years of experience providing comprehensive care across the lifespan. She treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a focus on promoting wellness, preventing illness, and managing complex mental health conditions.

With a background in intensive and palliative care, Dr. Roland-Steinke now specializes in psychiatry, offering compassionate and evidence-based services for challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other psychiatric conditions. Her holistic approach addresses both physical and emotional well-being.

Dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships, Dr. Roland-Steinke combines clinical expertise with empathy and open communication, empowering patients and families to take an active role in their health and achieve their best quality of life.

Paula Hewitt, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her PMHNP from the University of South Alabama and completed specialized training in general, child and adolescent, and geriatric psychiatry.

Her clinical background includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based care for diverse populations across the lifespan. She previously served as a PTSD Nurse Case Manager at the VA Medical Center, where she received recognition for excellence in patient care and program leadership.

Paula is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health services that promote healing and long-term wellness.
